Reference Case ID: #[Removed PII] (Previous interaction with Anas [Removed PII]) Affected Account: [mod: PII redacted]gmail.com

Dear Microsoft for Startups Support,

I am currently locked out of my primary Microsoft/Azure account due to the error described below.

The Situation: I previously opened Case #[Removed PII] regarding the extension of my Azure credits. Your team (Anas [Removed PII]) successfully resolved the administrative side by extending my Azure expiration date to 01/01/2026 and instructed me to redeem the benefits via the Founders Hub portal.

The Issue: When attempting to follow the provided instructions to log in and "Redeem" the credits, I am blocked from signing in entirely. The system returns a "Tenant Blocked due to Inactivity" error. Because of this, I cannot access the portal to activate the benefits you have already granted me.

Technical Error Details: I can provide detailed information and screenshots via a private message. Cannot log into Azure to create a ticket.

Please see the specific log details below from my most recent attempt on Feb 8, 2026:

Error Code: AADSTS5000225

Error Message: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. To learn more about tenant lifecycle policies, see https://aka.ms/TenantLifecycle

Trace ID: d63741b2-f761-4d1f-b423-b79ae40f8e00

Correlation ID: 019c3da2-e9a7-7ca8-bc99-f1755c094ecb

Timestamp: 2026-02-08 14:23:33Z

Request: Since my credits were approved and extended until 2026, please unblock/hydrate this tenant immediately so that I can log in and complete the redemption process on the Founders Hub portal.

Thank you for your assistance in resolving this access issue.
