Add new Database in new region in Oracle@Azure

Resource groupo have been added but no option to add database in France Central Region

I'm in this case. I think it's related to subscription and available region in OCI.

Should I open a ticket on Azure side or OCI side?

I completely understand how important it is for you to provision staging slots within the same region, and I realize the current limitation in the specified region is impacting your deployment.

If services cannot be created there right now, it unfortunately means you would need to consider relocating your deployment to a region where this functionality is fully supported.
