My keyboard isnt working,what to do?

Hey,so i have been having a problem with my laptop keyboard.So till now i have been using an external keyboard but my other usb port is broken so i need to plug in my mouse but when i viewed the previous troubleshoots and found ou the method to run a test,surprisingly it showed no error found so i am really stuck at this point.I would really appreciate if i got a lttle bit help from the community or any microsoft workers. Thank you
