My screen size does not fill the monitor. It is on full but is not the original size.

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum. I understand that the display does not properly fit your monitor on Windows 11 even though it is set to full screen.

Since a Q&A Assist suggestion was already provided, please confirm that you have tried all Q&A Assist steps. In addition, please try to follow these steps:

1, Right-click the desktop > Display settings > Display resolution, then select the resolution marked as Recommended and click Apply.

2, In Display settings, scroll to Scale and layout > Scale, then set it to 100% or the recommended value for your monitor.

3, In Display settings, select Advanced display > Refresh rate, then choose the highest available refresh rate and apply changes.

4, Right-click the desktop > Display settings > Multiple displays, then confirm the correct monitor is selected if more than one display is shown.

5, Press Windows + X > Device Manager > Display adapters, right-click your graphics adapter, select Update driver, then choose Search automatically for drivers.

6, Open your monitor’s built-in on-screen menu using the physical buttons, then reset display or aspect ratio settings to default or Auto.

Hii,

If it is a laptop or desktop, if possible, could you provide the laptop model or your desktop configuration?

If possible, access the start menu > settings > system > screen > check the resolution tab to see if it is not recommended.

If yes, check if it is at 100% scale and if it corresponds to the monitor resolution

I am doing on line training and am instructed to click the 'Next' button on the bottom of the screen. But there is no button that I can see. Is this a screen adjustment issue? How do I access the 'Next' button?
