    Open the Settings App.

Go to Update & Security - Troubleshoot

    Click Additional Troubleshooters

Run the Playing Audio and Recording Audio Troubleshooters from there to see if that can find and fix the problem.

If not, go to the support page fro oyur PC on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and re-install (not update) the version of HD Audio drivers and Graphics drivers they provide.

If you have any difficulty locating that support page, click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

If you are experiencing no sound on your Windows 10 device, here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow:

    1. Check Audio Services: Ensure that the Windows Audio and Windows Audio Endpoint Builder services are running. You can do this by searching for "services" in the Start menu, then finding these services and making sure they are started.
    2. Device Manager: Open Device Manager and check if your audio drivers are installed and functioning correctly. If you see any warning signs next to your audio devices, you may need to update or reinstall the drivers.
    3. Troubleshoot Audio: Use the built-in audio troubleshooter. Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters, and run the Playing Audio troubleshooter.
    4. Reinstall Audio Drivers: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you can try uninstalling the audio device from Device Manager and then reinstalling it. Make sure to not select "Delete the driver software for this device" when uninstalling.
    5. Check Connections: If you are using external speakers or headphones, ensure they are properly connected to the correct ports.
    6. Restart Your Computer: Sometimes, simply restarting your computer can resolve temporary issues.

If these steps do not help, consider checking the manufacturer's website for specific audio drivers for your system model.
