e-mail from ADMINISTRATOR dated this morning US time and I have issues with upgrading from Windows 10 to 11

I just got an email to my e-mail - is this legit?

Besides the e-mail below, I have not been able to upgrade from Window's 10 to 11, even though my Laptop says it meets criteria for upgrade. I have been drying to do this since August of last year.

ADMINISTRATOR - review update-Notice it says:

Dear Customer, your profile will be deleted in 3days. We recommend that you accept our new terms of service within 48hrs to avoid account termination.

if you'd like to keep you profile and data, Click and Accept ew terms to sing in to your account and we won't delete it.

ACCEPT NEW TERMS (is the link)

WHAT WILL BE DELETED?

If your profile is deleted, You'll lose data from all account system and server

    If your system is indicated as Windows 11 compatible, and you have not been able to perform the upgrade, click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

    For that Email you received, most likely that is not genuine, it is probably a phishing scam, if there is a link or button in the Email that you are meant to click, do not click it, just hover your mouse over the link or button, what is the URL that link redirects to.
