Hello Team,

Long back we got purchase order from our customer for upgrade licenses from basic to standard of M365 licenses. We are trying to upgrade it but our request is failing due to some compliance is pending. We have updated our details 8 - 10 days before to get "RESOLVE" tab on partner center portal - Accounts Setting - Legal Info path...but still that tab is not reflecting on portal. Customer is chasing us badly for upgrade. I need support from Microsoft team to resolve this issue on highest priority.

You can call me on 9890541535 for more details. This is last hope I have to get resolution from Microsoft. I have tried call ways to resolve but no response.

To complete employment verification on the Partner Center portal, you should ensure that the primary contact for your organization submits the necessary documentation confirming their employment. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Check Verification Status: Navigate to Account settings | Legal Info in the Partner Center to view your verification status. You should see tabs for Partner, Developer, or Reseller depending on your enrollment.
    2. Employment Verification: Make sure that the primary contact's email domain is owned by the company. If the employment verification is rejected, documentation such as an assignment letter from an authorized representative or domain ownership records may be required.
    3. Appeal Process: If your verification is still pending or has been rejected, you can appeal by selecting Resolve in the verification summary page. You will need to upload the required documents and provide any additional comments.
    4. Monitor Progress: The verification process usually takes about two hours for employment verification and one to two business days for business verification. You can return to the Account settings | Legal Info page to check the status at any time.

If the RESOLVE tab is not appearing after 8-10 days, it may be beneficial to contact Microsoft support directly for assistance, as they can provide specific guidance based on your situation.
