Access request to Microsoft Application Network Portal

Hello,

I am writing on behalf of GitGuardian to request access to the Microsoft Application Network portal in order to publish an Entra enterprise application to the gallery.

Portal URL: https://microsoft.sharepoint.com/teams/apponboarding/Apps

Email to be granted access: PII moved

Additional Context:

I have successfully enrolled in the Microsoft 365 Developer Program using the email address mentioned above. However, when attempting to access the Application Network portal, I encounter the following error:

AADSTS50020: User account 'PII moved' from identity provider 
'https://sts.windows.net/PIImoved/' does not exist in 
tenant 'Microsoft' and cannot access the application '00000003-0000-0ff1-ce00-000000000000'
(Office 365 SharePoint Online) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an 
external user in the tenant first.

Could you please add my account as an external user to enable access to the portal, or advise on the appropriate steps to resolve this access issue?
