Grazie

If you are unable to access your Microsoft account due to the loss of the Microsoft Authenticator app, you can try the following steps to regain access and cancel your subscription:

    1. Account Recovery: Visit the Microsoft account recovery page and follow the prompts to recover your account. You may be asked to verify your identity through other means, such as email or phone number associated with your account.
    2. Contact Support: If you cannot recover your account, consider contacting Microsoft support directly. You can reach out to them via the support hotline. When calling, follow the prompts to indicate that you are a business email user and need technical support.
    3. Create a Trial Account: As a workaround, you can create a trial Microsoft 365 tenant. This will allow you to sign in to the Admin Center and submit a support ticket requesting assistance with your previous tenant. Make sure to cancel the trial subscription once your issue is resolved to avoid any unintended charges.
    4. Cancel Subscription: Once you regain access to your account, you can cancel the subscription by going to the Microsoft 365 admin center, selecting Billing > Subscriptions, and choosing the subscription you want to cancel.

These steps should help you manage your subscription and prevent any unwanted charges.
