How to I exit my own family group?

Hi, I'm Michael Hainebach, the father of Isabella Hainbach.

She has somehow, incorrectly, created and joined a Family Group where she is the only member. I am trying to add her to our family group, but it says she has to leave her own group first.

HOWEVER:

• she can't exit because she is only 13.
• she cannot change her age
• She cannot add me as a member to the group (to allow me to become organizer and remove her)

We need to somehow exit her from that group.

******@gmail.com is her primary address. This is the address we've linked to her microsoft account. According to your normal support representative (on live chat), the address ******@gmail.com is linked to her family group. This address is not her's and is not one I recognise and SHOULD NOT be associated with her at all. So either your representative got it wrong or a friend might have helped her set up the group for some reason.

Please can you help me exit her from her own group so i can join her to the correct family group.
