If you're experiencing issues signing in to Microsoft and being taken back to the sign-in page, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Clear Browser Data: If you're using a web browser on your phone, try clearing the cache and cookies. This can resolve issues caused by stored data.
    2. Use InPrivate Mode: Try signing in using InPrivate or Incognito mode in your browser. This can help bypass any issues caused by extensions or cached data.
    3. Check Network Connection: Ensure that you have a stable internet connection. Sometimes, connectivity issues can prevent successful sign-ins.
    4. Try a Different Browser: If possible, use a different browser to see if the issue persists.
    5. Update Your App: If you are using the Microsoft app on your phone or Xbox, make sure it is updated to the latest version.
    6. Contact Support: Since you've already reached out to Microsoft support, consider trying again or using a different method to contact them, such as through social media or community forums.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to wait for a response from Microsoft support for further assistance.
