I am trying to enroll in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, but my application keeps getting blocked. I previously applied and was rejected, and now when I try to reapply with updated information (mercy.bassey@waynetsolutions.space and waynetsolutions.space), the system blocks me with the following error:

"Microsoft runs on trust. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked."
