Getting an VAT invoice for the MS store registration

Hi,

I have a Microsoft Store Developer Account registered under a personal Microsoft account. The registration fee of £78 (base £65 + VAT £13) has been charged, but I did not receive a VAT invoice.

The developer dashboard redirects me to Partner Center, which does not show any billing section or support options for personal accounts. All support links either redirect or 404, so I cannot raise a support ticket.

I need the official VAT invoice PDF for this transaction (including VAT number, VAT breakdown, and invoice number) to comply with UK tax requirements.

Please escalate this to the Microsoft Store Developer Account support team so they can email me the correct VAT invoice.
