Defender works on my laptop but on IPad and IPhone it says “invalid licence contact administrator”. It’s a personal account not a business account

Defender works on my laptop and invites me to add other devices but both the iPad and iPhone respond with “invalid licence contact administrator”. It’s a personal account not a business account.
