Dear Microsoft Support Team,
My assistant mobile phone was snatched last week in which i have the both my authenticator App and mobile sim for 2 step verification method now he has a new mobile and a sim with same number but I am experiencing an issue while trying to log in to my Azure account. Although I can successfully sign in to my Microsoft account, when attempting to access Azure, I am prompted to verify my identity. However, when I select phone verification, I receive the following error message:
“Sorry, we’re having trouble verifying your account. Please try again.”
This issue started recently, but I was able to log in without any problems in January and February. My Azure account still has active subscriptions, and I need access to manage my services.
