fix update problem

Every time i start my desk top computer my google updates are disabled with error code 0x80070422 i have to to go to services and reset them to automatic, also if i put my computer on sleep mode they reset back to disabled. i have looked as to why? also i have contacted my Antivirus provider Norton 360 regarding firewall being too agressive answ was not us? do you know why and how to fix, to prevent going to services- windows + R services and rest every time i start up my computer
