I just signed up for Azure free plan and got a "AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity" error when I didnt even set anything up yet

I just signed up for a free account and got the error:
Error code: interaction_required
Error message: interaction_required: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. I am not even trying to sign into a tenant I just go to https://portal.azure.com and it redirects me to /auth/login and I get Sign-in failed. The tenant can be deleted I dont care but I would like to access the website at least.
- Incognito tab wont work
- New browser doesnt work
- Self diagnostics all pass
- I go to sign in sometimes and it says "You cannot use a personal account to sign in"
No clue whats going on.
