Xbox Account Permanently Disabled

So randomly I got a email yesterday stating that my Xbox live account was permanently suspended but it did not provide a reason why. I appealed the decision which was tough without knowing the reason. Appeal was denied with no further information. My account was not compromised nor have I used my Xbox account in two months (was getting ready to purchase the Xbox Ally X so I could play more during convenient times). Was never provided a reason or warning and now there is no one else to contact. Twenty years of digitally purchased games not accessible anymore without any recourse. I have submitted a complaint to the BBB and if no response will submit a complaint to the states attorney generals office. I just don't know what else I can do
