End-to-End AI-Driven Workflow for Stage, NORM, and DIM Layer Schema Creation

I have a requirement document that contains an attribute list for Stage, NORM, and DIM layer mappings, maintained in an Excel file. I need to design an automated solution where Copilot can read this Excel file and automatically generate the required schema along with sample data in SQL Server, Azure SQL, or Microsoft Fabric—without any manual intervention.
