Hello All,

Microsoft has announced that they will discontinue AI Builder credits starting in November 2025 and that you will have to use all credits. Once the credits run out, you will have to use Microsoft Copilot Studio credits. The deadline is November 2026, and AI Builder credits will no longer be available.

We have an end customer who uses a PowerFlow. This PowerFlow includes an AI Builder app that processes PDF invoices. This app, in turn, uses the AI Builder credits.

According to Microsoft, the functionality will remain in the flow, but the credit usage method will be different starting in November 2026.

There's also talk online that you'll need to create and configure a Copilot Studio agent to replace this AI Builder app that processes PDFs.

Is it true that we need to adjust the flow to use a Copilot Studio agent, or will it continue to work, with only the credits transferred to MS Copilot Studio?

It is very unclear what is happening here.
