Microsoft Partner Center Account Access Failure

Hi team

I began registering our company in the Microsoft Partner program earlier, but I paused the process while waiting for a payment card.

Now that I am resuming the application, I cannot access the Partner Center — it shows that I “do not have permission to enter.” I believe this is linked to the incomplete registration and possibly the login email/account used previously.

What should I do in this case. The error talks about missing correletion ID as below

When I try register, the details are already in though incomplete and I cannot proceed. With logging in - its permission issue as explained above
