Ok, thanks. I guess there's nothing else to do now. Thank you for the guide.

I've been using Microsoft 365 learning pathways for almost three years. Suddenly the CustomLearningAdmin.aspx page goes white. I've tried to access it via Site Contents, as well as clicking on the gear icon on the CustomLearningViewer.aspx page. But the page is just white, so it's impossible for to administer my modules and playlists.
I've tried to restore it to an earlier version, I've emptied the cache, I've logged on via another browser... It's impossible to get the page to show me any contents.
Our administrators have also looked into it, and they weren't able to help me. Is this a known bug? I'm desperate!

Hello @Hogne Bø Pettersen
Welcome to Q&A forum!
Since you’ve already tried all standard troubleshooting steps and your admins were unable to resolve the issue, this is possibly caused by a backend or deployment problem that only Microsoft can investigate. As a moderator, I recommend raising a support ticket with Microsoft Engineering Support so they can review your tenant directly and provide a proper fix.
(Please note that as a forum moderator, my role is to clarify concerns, provide guidance, and point you to the right support channels. I don’t have permissions to modify Microsoft products or access backend customer data, so I’m unable to perform direct fixes or verify account‑specific details. Thank you for your understanding.)
However, I’ll make sure you can reach the correct support team by following the official guidance.
Please follow the detailed steps below.
(If you are not the global admin, please kindly ask your IT Admin to do it for you)
After completing them, you will receive an email appointment for a meeting to review this issue professionally together.
