Just before Christmas i purchased a new laptop from Curries, as an extra they gave me a year free Office 365, i have been paying for a few years. The lady put in in for me with the correct keys. Mine had not run out as yet. A couple of weeks ago i am asked to buy a new sub. I have the code but can not find where to place it, help please. Mim

    Thank you for reaching out to about your issue with the Microsoft 365. I understand its really frustrating when its not running let me help. To start with this please check your current subscription status click File, select Account and go to Product information. Afterwards you need to verify the new product key be sure its 25 characters and to redeem it sign in to your Microsoft account at https://www.microsoft365.com and go to Microsoft Account, select Services & Subscriptions and Redeem a Product Key or Add a new subscription.
