Hi team

Until last year I could see that the Sponshorship subscription consumption or cost was available to check under https://www.microsoftazuresponsorships.com/ and cost control was not available this subscription. Now all was changed as a PAYGO subscription, and cost control is available in Azure and the link is gone, in any case the Sponsorship subscription was renewed before it ends and if I access the https://www.microsoftazuresponsorships.com/ I can see the subscription there.

I would like to clarify if the subscription is still working or not as an sponsored subscription as I dont want to pay for resources that I just using as SBX or POC in this subscription.

I already created a support ticket but I still don't have an answer for it.

Help on this would be really appreciated.

It seems that your Azure sponsorship subscription is still active, as you can see it listed on the Microsoft Azure Sponsorships portal. However, since your subscription has been converted to a Pay-As-You-Go (PAYGO) model, you will now have access to cost control features in Azure.

When your Azure EA Sponsorship (Offer MS-AZR-0136p) terminates, it automatically converts to your original Enterprise Agreement (MS-AZR-0017P). If you have renewed your sponsorship before it ended, it should still function as a sponsored subscription. If you are concerned about potential charges for resources used in a sandbox or proof of concept (POC) environment, it is advisable to monitor your usage closely through the Azure portal.

Since you have already created a support ticket, you should receive clarification from Azure support regarding your subscription status soon. In the meantime, you can track your usage and costs directly in the Azure portal.
