Hello, all of our admins are unable to login. This is affecting business continuity now.
We have opened a Severity A case with y'all and are WELL past the 1 hour SLA mark.
We need to get this resolved within the hour.

So now, we are 26 hours without Tenant access, all of the IT team is down, a good portion of team leads can't do their job.... I dont know how to get a resolution or escalation for this case.
