I signed up 3 days ago. The software is incompatible with my trading platform (NinjaTrader). The automated refund system requires a phone number that isn't on the account and won't let me add one and keeps disconnecting me. I have uninstalled onedrive. I need a Billing Agent to contact me via my registered email.
