Transfered files from one computer with its own lisense to a new computer with its on lisense and the files will not open

im getting very similiar errors, i just bought a new windows laptop and for some reason no file or any file format is opening, how can i fix this

Describe the steps you took to transfer the file from the old computer to the new one. Typically, you copy it to a USB key or some other portable device on the old computer, put that device on the new computer and copy it from the device to where you'd like it to be stored.
