Microsoft Azure Account blocked due to inactivity - How do I get this reactivated?

When I try to login into my Azure portal I get an error message saying the tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. I can not get through to any help to ask if this can be reactivated. All the support links just send me round in circles -or back to the portal that I can't get into.
What can I do to get some support for this?
