    Dear @عبدالعزيز بن الفرج,

Good day. Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum!

First of all, I want to begin by sincerely apologizing for the frustration and inconvenience this issue has caused you.

In my test environment, when editing a recurring Teams meeting, the “All events in the series” option is still available.

To help me narrow down the root cause, could you please confirm the following:

    • Are there any other users in your tenant experiencing the same issue?
    • Could you please share version of the teams?
    • Does the issue occur for both newly created recurring meetings and existing recurring meetings?
    • If possible, please take a screenshot of the issue you're experiencing so I can better assist you.

Note: Please note that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

Your patience and understanding are highly appreciated. I am looking forward to your response!

To set meeting options for future meetings in Microsoft Teams, you can follow these steps:

    1. Open the Teams app (either desktop or web).
    2. Go to your calendar and find the meeting series you want to edit.
    3. Click on the meeting to open the details.
    4. Look for the option to edit the meeting. If you are editing a recurring meeting, you should see an option to edit "All events in the series".
    5. In the meeting options, you can manage audio and video settings. To disable incoming videos and microphones for all participants, you will need to adjust the settings in the Audio & video section of the meeting policy.

If you are unable to find the "All events in the series" option, ensure that you are editing the meeting from the correct calendar view and that you have the necessary permissions to modify the meeting settings. If the option is still not visible, it might be due to the specific settings or policies applied to your Teams environment.

For disabling incoming videos and microphones, you may need to set the Mode for IP audio and Mode for IP video to Not enabled in the Teams admin center under the meeting policies.
