Locked out of personal Azure Account - MFA

I missed the Oct 2025 deadline for setting up MFA for my personal azure account and cannot login to Azure with my personal account.
Everytime I make a login attempt i get a propmt to enter a code from microsoft authenticator but I do not have the authenticator app set up for my azure personal account .
I do have the authenticator app for my personal microsoft login to other applications.
Please help me reset MFA for Azure with my personal account.
