Issue with .NET Framework on SSMS

I'm facing issue with .Net framework on SSMS. I have tried to install latest .net Framework version but it is not able to install and old one not able to uninstall. Please suggest any solution if anyone can.

The most recent version is SSMS 22.2, which you can download here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/ssms/download-sql-server-management-studio-ssms That is a different type of installer, which downloads pieces as needed. (So it can be difficult to use on machine that does not have Internet access.)
Next, what operating system are you trying to install SSMS on?
