Hi Microsoft Support Team,

I am unable to sign in to my Azure Portal. The error message says: “Sign-in failed. This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity.”

Email ID: [mod: PII redacted]@outlook.com

I am a Microsoft Trainer, and I have an urgent training session scheduled for my students. This access is critical for delivering the session.

I kindly request you to unblock and restore access to my tenant immediately.

This is a time-sensitive issue, and I would greatly appreciate expedited support.

If your tenant has been blocked due to inactivity, you will need to reactivate it to regain access. Here are the steps you can take:

    1. Contact Microsoft Support: As the tenant administrator, you can reach out to Microsoft support for assistance in reactivating your tenant. You can find the global support phone numbers here.
    2. Time Sensitivity: Be aware that you can request reactivation within 20 days of the tenant entering an inactive state. If the tenant remains inactive for longer than 20 days, it will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
    3. Avoid Multiple Requests: While your request is being processed, refrain from submitting another assistance request until you receive a response regarding your case.
    4. Consider Upgrading: If you regain access, you may need to upgrade your account to a pay-as-you-go model if it was previously a free account, but you can maintain a basic account without charges.

Make sure to act quickly to resolve this issue, especially since you have an urgent training session scheduled.
