I still am unable to redeem my credits. Once I select redeem credits, I continue to get a screen that says I'm ineligible even though it says my credits do not expire until 2027. Here are the screens I see in the hubCredits unavailable
But here you see my credits are available until 2027

When viewing your screenshots, it looks like the subscription was already activated in the first one. Please can you tell me if you are using the same Microsoft account that was used to activate the offer in the original invitation?
