Had the same problem since I got this account: I have had many many advisers and no one has found the issue. I believe it is this subsidiary account Azure connected with my now closed account called The Magdalene Project. I have spent endless hours and days following links round and round with no results - still. I have been told that it needs a microsoft agent to fix this issue so I cannot do any more. I am elderly, disabled and paying for this service monthly that I cannot use.

The suspect issue comes from an unused organisation that was on my computer called The Magdalene Project. Of all the advisers that have been involved no one has discovered this. I believe it to be Azure (?) a subsidiary account pulled onto the account. I am the only user of this computer. I work alone. I believe you can remove this easily - I can't.
