Why is app certification taking so long for one particular app I have submitted?

Anyone else having problems with app certification for Microsoft Store taking a long time?
For one app it has been 8 days now since I uploaded a new version of my app for certification.
For other apps it is happening within a few hours.
Tried opening support ticket 5 days ago but don't even get a response.
