I'm stuck in a never ending loop in the authenticator app.

I can't get out of this loop I'm stuck in. I can't sign in to my account without having a code, which has to come through my phone, which I'm trying to sign in to on my phone. I've tried using a code, but that doesn't work too, considering I'm not logged in. I'm about to lose my shit to be honest. I just want to do my work for college but I can't because some retard at a billion dollar company can't properly design an app.
