Resource with ID does not Exist when creating Microsoft Entra External ID

When creating a new Microsoft Entra External ID I got an error:

Resource with ID 'xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx/myproject-env-01/myprojectenv01.onmicrosoft.com' does not exist.

If I rety I then get:

The resource cannot be updated in its current provisioning state: 'Provisioning'.

I've already waited almost 24h and same error happens. I've done everything correct as this is not the 1st Microsoft Entra External ID Im creating. Something in azure side went wrong.

Anyone can help?
