Please share more details like what admin roles you currently have in tenant and add error Portal images when trying to access Microsoft Entra ID.

By design, only users assigned an Entra directory role (such as Global Administrator, Security Administrator, User Administrator, Application Administrator, or Directory Reader) can open the Microsoft Entra admin portal. Standard users or guest users without these roles will see this error even if sign-in is successful.

Resolution: Ask a tenant administrator to assign you an appropriate Entra ID directory role (the least-privileged option is Directory Reader). Once the role is assigned, you should be able to access Microsoft Entra ID without errors.
