Failure to register for a Microsoft Virtual Training Day

I registered for an event on https://msevents.microsoft.com/. I then had to cancel this due to another task I was assigned at work. I am now trying to register for an event on another date and see a message on the website "A registration already exists with this email address." I cannot see anywhere to reach out for assistance on the web page. Please could someone contact me to help? Thank you.
