Cannot Verify Identity for Azure Login – Error 399287

I got 2 account with the same login error.
When I select phone verification for a tenant directory, I am prompted to verify my identity via SMS.
Clicking it immediately fails and spits out the following error code:

The verification method is SMS via phone number.
It should still be OK to use, Azure's just seemingly not willing to use it at all.
Can you please remove the blockades on my phone number so i can recieve a sms to login again on my accounts :)

As discussed over private messages, you were able found my old phone with the authenticator on it and was able to login in on the account, able to verify my Phone number later.
