    Dear FALE59,

Thank you for your request regarding offline activation. I understand that you need to activate your product without an internet connection. To proceed, please open the activation wizard on your Windows system and select the option for telephone activation. This will generate an installation ID that you can provide to the Microsoft activation center. Once you call the activation center, you will receive a confirmation ID, which you can then enter into the wizard to complete the offline activation.

I recommend ensuring that you have your product key and installation ID ready before contacting the activation center. If you encounter any issues during this process, please share the exact error message so I can assist further.

    Dear FALE59,

Thank you for reaching out regarding your Windows activation issue. I understand that activation through Visual Support was working earlier this week but is no longer functioning. This situation can occur if there are temporary service interruptions, changes in your network configuration, or if the activation channel requires revalidation.

I recommend first confirming that your system date, time, and Internet connection are correct. I also suggest running the command slmgr.vbs /ato from an elevated Command Prompt to attempt activation again. If the issue persists, please verify that your product key matches the edition of Windows installed. In some cases, contacting Microsoft Support directly may be necessary to validate the license and complete activation.

I appreciate your patience and collaboration. Please click "Accept the answer" to support me. Thank you very much.

    Kind regards,

    QQ.
