@Sridevi Machavarapu We formerly terminated our global administrator who had removed our CEO as a global administrator, because the Data Protection Team told us they considered it an "internal matter" while he was still technically employed even though we were concerned he would destroy data once he learned he was terminated. At direction of the Data Protection Team in ticket PII, we formerly terminated the global administrator via email from our law firm. After the termination, we created a new case (PII) with the email from our law firm to the former employee terminating and demanding he return company control of the tenant. The Data Protection Team still says this is an "internal issue" even though the person is not internal, which is utterly ridiculous and irresponsible. The person has left the country, so we have no way to serve him with a subpoena to appear in court for a judge to compel him to return access or face contempt of court. We are completely locked out by Microsoft with our data and customer data (including Microsoft as a customer) completely at risk. Our office is in Redmond so easy to walk onto campus for our CEO to provide documentation in person, including the original email from Microsoft to the CEO to open the tenant. We have control of our domain / TXT. What can we do? Is there a way to contact Microsoft's CELA legal team? How do we send you the details privately?
