How to leave the Windows Insider program and stop getting Windows Insider emails?

My Windows 11 laptop crashed. To fix it I installed linux. Now I no longer wish to take part in the windows insider program. And I especially do not want to receive windows insider emails anymore. However, I cannot leave the program using the instruction on this page: https://www.microsoft.com/windowsinsider/leave-program

Since I no longer have windows 11, I cannot follow those instructions.

What do I do?

    Please sign in to your Microsoft account and visit Microsoft account | Sign In or Create Your Account Today – Microsoft to check whether there is an option to leave (unregister from) the Windows/Microsoft Insider Program.

    If you do not see an option there, you have to reinstall Windows 11 and then unenroll Windows Insider Program by following the steps via Leave the Windows Insider Program | Unenroll your device and unregister your account..
