My network speed on laptop is SO much worse than my other devices.

So I was just doing my work on my laptop then suddenly it just felt so slow, everything was taking like 10s to load and I was just super frustrated. So I checked my download speed and upload speed, and it was 0.98 Mb/s and 0.16 Mb/s respectively which is ungodly low compared to my phone which has like 460 Mb/s download and 510 Mb/s upload. So I've searched around the internet to find out how the hell to fix this and none of them worked. Both my wifi AND ethernet are super slow on my laptop and I need help solving this issue..

    Click your Start Button, type cmd and choose Command Prompt

    Run this command and hit Enter:

    ipconfig /flushdns

    Run this command and hit Enter:

    ipconfig /registerdns

    Run this command and hit Enter:

    netsh winsock reset

    Run this command and hit Enter:

    netsh int ip reset

    Close Command Prompt

    Open the Settings App

    Go to Network and Internet

    Click the Network Reset button

    Wait for your PC to automatically restart after 5 minutes, do not manually restart your PC.

    If that does not resolve the problem, go to the support page for your laptop on the manufacturers website to download the installers for the WiFi (WLAN) and Ethernet (LAN) drivers they provide, then use those installers to manually re-install your network drivers.
