    For Canceling Subscription

Go to the Microsoft Account Page: Open your web browser and navigate to account.microsoft.com/services.

Sign In: Use the Microsoft account (e.g., Outlook.com, Hotmail) associated with the subscription.

Find the Subscription: Locate the Planner Plan 1 subscription in your list of services and select Manage.

Cancel: Click on Cancel subscription or Turn off recurring billing, then follow the steps to confirm; you can continue using it until the current period ends.

    Dear @Syed Ahmed,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

For better understanding your questions, could you please verify that you want to cancel Microsoft planner Plan 1? Besides that, please provide more detail information so I can support you effectively:

    • Which Microsoft account are you using when you access Planner? (Personal account or business account)?
    • Did you purchase yourself or it is unexpected charges from Microsoft? In case you need to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft you can follow this article How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft

    Looking forward to your update.
