Why Am I Banned

Look this is probably the dumbest statement/question on here but why is some bans on certain subjects on xbox so harsh look what i did was completely wrong i refunded over and over to keep getting cash on Sea of Thieves even tho sometimes it was actually missing. Horrible how much i did it anyway but not to say me being young had to do with it but why am i just banned FOREVER like why not give me a warning before i did it so much because tbh everyone on xbox does the refund glitch like even ban me for an year i’d learn my lesson not excusing what i did but iv’e legit lost my childhood account of 10 years just because the past 4 months i been refunding even tho its been around for years. And again i regret it deeply but didnt even know it would be considered fraud cause its digital coins im not getting real life value so thought it wouldnt be that deep yet again it sounds like im excusing it i deeply regret and im sorry but like its kind of stupid how no one can after appeal is denied even try to get their account back ive legit lost 10k+ hours of gameplay my childhood ive been playing since im 6 and now all of my shit is gone because i did some refunds i think xbox gotta have some other road/path to prove yourselr right cause im truely sorry but like life ban on a minor kind of is wierd
