when i navigate to azure portal from MS Startup Portal it says sign-in failed - interaction required Err Cd AADSTS5000225

my account is mapped to Ms startup program portal. AFter login, when i navigate to Azure portal it says sign-in failed - interaction required with the error code AADSTS5000225. How come i am able to login to the MS STartup portal using the same account and credentials?
