I have configured an Entra External Identity user flow for user sign-up.
After the user submits their profile details during the signup flow, an intermediate page appears with the message:
This page also displays Back and Next buttons.
This step is causing confusion for users, as it looks like an unnecessary confirmation screen rather than part of the authentication process.
I would like to know:
Is it possible to skip or completely remove this page?
Can the Back and Next buttons be hidden or disabled?
Is there any way to customize the message text shown on this page?
If anyone has experience customizing or streamlining Entra External ID user flows, I’d appreciate guidance or best practices.

Carolyne 1,151 Reputation points Microsoft Employee2026-02-04T08:35:00.0266667+00:00 I think the recommended way would be to use Custom Policies, which allow designing a custom user journey given that the built‑in user flows intentionally limit this level of customization at the moment.
