Queries related to auto update mindriver submission on Microsoft Portal

We have some questions about Minidriver Publishing on the Microsoft Partner portal (https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/). We have one use case where we want to push the Minidriver with the Auto Update feature to the Microsoft Catalog Portal(https://catalog.update.microsoft.com/Home.aspx), with a limited audience (it should not auto-update for other customers). 

Can you please help us "Before making it available to all customers, we want to test some of the use cases in our local lab".
