Why am getting AZURE on 2 transferred accounts?

I have 2 Mortgage accounts that got transferred to another vendor.

When I try to set up account I keep getting "504 Azure Front Door"

I wont open the web page.

the link for 2 accounts will not open , shows "504 azure front door, page is no info on it.

This is going on with two mortgage companies that

recently go changed to a new a new mortgage.

No issues with my older accounts.

Hi @ Terry VanRooyan,

A 504 Gateway Timeout error in Azure Front Door indicates that Front Door, acting as a reverse proxy, did not receive a timely response from the backend (origin) server.

Please verify that the backend application(s) linked to Azure Front Door are up and responding correctly. To isolate the issue, try accessing the application directly (without Front Door).

If the application does not respond or times out even without Front Door, the issue is with the backend application and not with Azure Front Door.

Once the backend application is confirmed to be healthy, Front Door should function as expected.

Ref: 503 or 504 response from Azure Front Door after a few seconds

Note. we had two typhons in 2 weeks in Philippines. Not using for internet as it is down for some time know. We are using a Hot Spot to communicate with ALL the emails with no issue. Just these two mortgage transfer ones. Email coming back , dont know as we are still in repair in Philippines.
